The professional fees are collected at the end of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit or money order.
The responsibility of payment for the treatment lies with you and is collected on the same day as the treatment rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
If you have dental insurance, we would be happy to help you submit a claim so that you can get reimbursed. We can also assist you with submitting an estimate and/or insurance pre-authorization before major treatment is initiated so that you are well aware of your coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.
Please remember that once the treatment has been rendered you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
